Marie Antoinette inspired wedding with her. She really wanted to bring all of the color, softness, and decadence from the movie to her guests. She worked with
Taylorto stylize her event. When we met her, they were talking about abundance in style. They chose a soft color scheme of antique turquoise blue, French blue, blush and medium pink, butter yellow, and gold.We immediately went to work to design something unique that brought the video “
I want Candy” to life. I loved the feeling of flirty, fun fashion that drips from the movie. We felt that walking into a room of fullness, soft colors, and candlelight would bring this vision to life.The
St Regis, SF is a beautiful space. Above head are chandeliers made of branches and glass cherry blossoms. This was the perfect space for Lorianne’s Marie Antoinette blossom party. The room was dressed in Cherry blossoms along the perimeter of the space.
Blueprint Studioscreated these panels.Opulent nature was a huge inspiration in our designs. Our low centerpiece was actually a garden inspired lush display of Peonies, Garden roses, spray roses, tulips, and hydrangeas. Sprigs of gold branches sprung out holding mercury candles. The various heights of candles act like flowers peeping from the ground right out of the centerpiece.Our tall centerpieces were 4-foot tall gold trees with candles hung from strung beads towering over the tables. Cones of fresh flowers dripped from the branches as well. A garden of flowers lay at the bed of the trees. These were all set on elegant linens from
Wildflower linen. We looked for a combination of sophisticated linens that brought an elegance and texture to the tables. They added so much to the room!

Our Escort card table was set on the “Tree Wall” at the St Regis. We played off of the abundance of the “lily of the valley” which is the Classic Wedding flower. It was set in mini silver cups and delicately displayed among the place cards. Overhead two glamorous trees sheltered the lily of the valley. It is my favorite display!
After dinner, we set risers, vases, birdcages, apothecary jars, and other elements around the candy display to show off the abundance of sweets. It was an incredible display.
We loved working with Enhanced Lighting to bring the feeling together. Weddings on Film also did an incredible job displaying the event on film.
